Piers Atkinson's larger than life, avant garde head pieces are the things of fantasy and tongue in cheek sexiness that existed in the Moulin Rouge and the surrounding cabaret houses , almost a 40's flapper girl, Betty Boop-esque feel to it. The neon signs obviously provide references to redlight districts and "those girls that you would never bring home to meet your mother". It's kooky, I love it :)  via fashion156
